Perfect for parties or as a quick and easy meal, these Vegan Teriyaki Burger Bites will quickly become a favorite among vegans and meat-eaters alike.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of TATA Simply Better plant-based Burger Patty
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Mushroom
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Fresh Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  • All you have to do is take the Burger Patty out of the pack & use scissors to cut the Patty into smaller triangles.
  • Drag down a cherry tomato on a wooden skewer, followed by a Burger Patty triangle and a cherry tomato again. On the top, add a thick a slice of mushroom.
  • Prepare all the skewers in the same way. Cook them with a little oil on a non-stick pan. Flip the sides to cook both sides of the Burger Patty skewer.
  • Now generously brush each Skewer with Teriyaki Sauce
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  • Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and fresh Parsley and serve it hot and enjoy
