INGREDIENTS

  • TATA Simply Better Spicy Fingers
  • Peri-Peri spice mix
  • Tandoori Mayo

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Thaw the frozen puff pastry squares. Cut them according to the size of the fingers.
  • Make a marking on the edge of each piece using a knife. Make sure not to cut it through. Poke the center of each with a fork.
  • Sprinkle some of the peri-peri spice mix on each pastry. Spread a layer of tandoori mayo on the center of each.
  • Place the cooked TATA Simply Better plant-based Spicy Fingers in the middle of each square. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.

    Serve hot and enjoy!
