Smoked BBQ Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 packet of Spicy Fingers
- 1/4th Cup Ketchup
- 1/4th Cup Tomato puree
- 1/8th cup Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar,
- 2 tsp Mustard Sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder,
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli. Powder
- 1/4th cup Brown Sugar.
- 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
- Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Take Tata Simply Better Spicy Fingers out of the pack and cook them. You can bake, sauté, air fry them or deep fry them.
- For the Smoked BBQ Sauce:
In a bowl, mix Ketchup, Tomato puree, Chilli sauce, Soy sauce, Vinegar, Mustard sauce, Salt to taste, Black pepper, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Brown sugar. Give them smoke with burning coal and ghee. - Pour the BBQ Sauce on Spicy Fingers and cover it well. Top with roasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander. Serve hot and enjoy
