INGREDIENTS

  • TATA Simply Better Seekh Kebab
  • Tej patta
  • Kali mirch
  • Cloves
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Haldi
  • Kashmiri Lal mirch powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Jeera powder
  • Kasturi Methi
  • Tandoori masala
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Kala Namak
  • Roasted Besan
  • Thick Dahi
  • Fried Onions
  • Cooked Basmati Rice
  • Mint Leaves
  • Saffron milk,
  • Desi ghee,
  • kavra water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove the TATA Simply Better Seekh Kebabs from the pack and saute them with little oil. Cut the Kebabs from the middle, dividing one into two.
  • Now in a pan add oil. Tej patta, Kali mirch, a few Cloves, Ginger Garlic paste. Saute for a minute or so.
  • Make a spice mix (Haldi, Kashmiri Lal mirch powder, Coriander powder, Jeera powder, Kasturi Methi, Tandoori masala, Garam masala, Salt, Kala namak, roasted Besan) mix all these spices with thick dahi and mix in fried onions.
  • Pour this dahi mix to the pan and cook on medium till you see oil coming out. Add the cooked seekh kababs and cook further for 5 minutes.
  • Keep half the kabab mix aside. Into the same pan add a layer of cooked basmati rice. Top with fried onion, mint leaves.
  • Repeat the layer. Drizzle saffron milk, Desi ghee, kavra water in the top. Keep on dum at a low flame for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
