INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take a bowl and add Tata Cold-pressed Mustard Oil, add all the spices, hung curd, basen and ginger garlic paste. Use a small whisk to combine all the ingredients.
  • Add paneer pieces and rub the marination on them. Cover and keep aside for at least an hour.
  • For the gravy, add oil to a pan. Add Cumin seeds, cinnamon, javitri, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook on medium to low flame till the onions turn light golden brown.
  • Further add tomato puree, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and salt to taste.
  • Cook till oil separates from the sides. Add little water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. In the last add fresh cream.
  • Now, add a tablespoon of Tata Simply Better Cold-pressed Mustard Oil to the pan and cook the pieces of marinated paneer till you get a lovely golden shade.
  • Add the paneer pieces to the prepared gravy and sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.
