Nuggets Nachos

INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of TATA Simply Better Nuggets
- Tortilla Chips
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Maida 1 tbsp
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt
- Paprika
- Haldi
- Cheese
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 small Onion
- Coriander - a handful
- 2 Chillies
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Salt
- Sugar
- Tomato ketchup
- Lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take out the TATA Simply Better plant-based Nuggets in a plate. Press them until they are flat and cook them. You can bake, sauté, air fry them or deep fry them.
- To Make Nacho Sauce:
- In a pan, take 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp flour Heat and whisk the butter and flour together until they become bubbly and foamy.
- Now add 1 cup milk and Whisk the milk into the flour and butter mixture.
- Once the mixture is thick enough to coat a spoon, add salt, paprika, cheese, Turmeric powder and 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- To make Salsa:
- Roughly chop 2 tomatoes, 1 Onion, a handful of Coriander, 2 Chillies and 2-3 Garlic Cloves.
- Mix them in a blender until it’s finely chopped. Now take it in a bowl and add salt, sugar, 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup and 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Now in a plate, spread the Tortilla Chips. Add the fried Nuggets and pour the Nacho Sauce on top. Now pour the Salsa and garnish it with Coriander.
