INGREDIENTS

For Vegan Seekh Kebab Appe

  • 1 packet of TATA Simply
  • Better plant-based Awadhi Seekh Kebab
  • Idli Batter
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Oil
  • Ginger Chilli Paste
  • Salt
  • Baking Powder

For Creamy Green Chutney

  • Bunch of Coriander
  • 1/4th cup of Spiced Roasted Peanuts
  • A few Green Chillies
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • Salt
  • Black Salt
  • Roasted Jeera Powder
  • Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

For Vegan Seekh Kebab Appe

  • Remove the TATA Simply Better Seekh Kebabs from the pack and cook them on a non-stick pan without any additional oil. After cooking them, cut them in bite-sized pieces.
  • Now take the Idli Batter and add cumin seeds, salt, baking powder and ginger chilli paste and miz it well.
  • Cook the batter in the Appe Pan with a little oil. Fill the cavity of the Appe Pan with a little batter and add the cooked Kebab pieces and cover with a little batter again. Cook on a medium-low flame untl golden brown.

For Creamy Green Chutney

  • Add a bunch of fresh Coriander to the blender jar.
  • Add 1/4th cup of spiced Roasted Peanuts, a few Green Chillis, 4-5 Garlic Cloves, a piece of Ginger, Salt, Black Salt, Roasted Jeera Powder and Lemon Juice.
  • Blend everything together until you have a smooth, delicious, creamy green chutney, Kebabs
