Ingredients
For Vegan Seekh Kebab Appe
- 1 packet of TATA Simply
- Better plant-based Awadhi Seekh Kebab
- Idli Batter
- Cumin Seeds
- Oil
- Ginger Chilli Paste
- Salt
- Baking Powder
For Creamy Green Chutney
- Bunch of Coriander
- 1/4th cup of Spiced Roasted Peanuts
- A few Green Chillies
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 piece of Ginger
- Salt
- Black Salt
- Roasted Jeera Powder
- Lemon Juice
Instructions
For Vegan Seekh Kebab Appe
- Remove the TATA Simply Better Seekh Kebabs from the pack and cook them on a non-stick pan without any additional oil. After cooking them, cut them in bite-sized pieces.
- Now take the Idli Batter and add cumin seeds, salt, baking powder and ginger chilli paste and miz it well.
- Cook the batter in the Appe Pan with a little oil. Fill the cavity of the Appe Pan with a little batter and add the cooked Kebab pieces and cover with a little batter again. Cook on a medium-low flame untl golden brown.
For Creamy Green Chutney
- Add a bunch of fresh Coriander to the blender jar.
- Add 1/4th cup of spiced Roasted Peanuts, a few Green Chillis, 4-5 Garlic Cloves, a piece of Ginger, Salt, Black Salt, Roasted Jeera Powder and Lemon Juice.
- Blend everything together until you have a smooth, delicious, creamy green chutney, Kebabs
