  • 1 packet of TATA Simply Better plant-based Nuggets
  • Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Mushroom
  • Broccoli
  • Bell peppers
  • Spinach leaves
  • Pizza Spice Mix
  • Pizza Pasta sauce
  • Mozzarell


  • Unbox Tata Simply Better plant-based nuggets and cook them in Air fryer without any oil for 15 mins at 180* The nuggets will turn turn out crispy and delicious
  • Meanwhile boil some pasta in salt water.
  • In a pan, saute minced garlic with little oil. Add in the mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes at medium heat.
  • Add fresh Spinach leaves and cook further for 5 minutes.
  • Add the boiled pasta and season with salt and pizza spice mix.
  • Coat the base of a baking tray with pizza pasta sauce.
  • Pour the prepared vegetable pasta in the baking tray and spread it evenly.
  • Cut the delicious nuggets in bite size pieces. Place them evenly in between the pasta.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 180*c in a preheated oven

    Serve hot and enjoy.
